Complete your purchase on the store's website. CashRabbit tracks the transaction and shows it as Pending. Once the store confirms the order, cashback becomes Confirmed. Withdraw your available cashback from your Wallet.

Yes. CashRabbit only routes your purchase through the store's own official website using tracked links. We never ask for your card, bank OTP, or store login. Your cashback, order tracking and personal information are handled with the same security practices used across the platform, and every transaction is visible in your Wallet.

When you shop through CashRabbit, the participating store pays us a commission for sending them the sale. We share a portion of that commission with you as cashback and keep the remaining portion as our platform revenue, so cashback never costs you extra.

Cashback is money you earn back on an eligible purchase made through CashRabbit. For example, a 5% cashback offer on a ₹5,000 order could earn you ₹250, subject to the store's cashback terms and exclusions. Always start your shopping journey from CashRabbit and click Activate Cashback before you check out. This is what lets us track your order and credit the cashback to your Wallet.

What do Pending, Confirmed and Paid cashback mean?

Every cashback transaction moves through three stages in your Wallet: Pending:  your order was tracked but the store hasn't confirmed it yet, so it isn't available for withdrawal. Confirmed:  the store approved the order and the cashback is now eligible for payout. Paid:  CashRabbit has processed your withdrawal and transferred the amount to your chosen payout method.

My cashback isn't showing. What should I do?

First, check your Cashback History in the Wallet. If it's still missing: Confirm you clicked Activate Cashback before shopping. Make sure the purchase was completed in the same shopping session. Check the store's cashback terms and exclusions. Allow time for the store to report the transaction. If it still doesn't appear, raise a ticket with CashRabbit Support.

Will I still get cashback if I cancel or return my order?

Accepted Answer

Generally, no. Cancelled orders aren't eligible since the underlying purchase was never completed. If an order is returned or refunded, the store reverses the transaction and any cashback linked to it is cancelled or adjusted for partial returns.

How and when can I withdraw my cashback?

Accepted Answer

Once your cashback is Confirmed and your Wallet balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount shown in the app, you can request a payout to your bank account or UPI ID. Available payout methods and any applicable minimum amount are always shown in your Wallet before you withdraw.
