Privacy Policy
This notice explains how CashRabbit handles personal data for people who use our website and cashback service in India. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
Who controls your data
CashRabbit is the data fiduciary for the accounts, clicks, and cashback records we create when you use the service. Contact the grievance officer at grievance@cashrabbit.in. For general support, write to support@cashrabbit.in.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: email, phone number, and display name.
- Sign-in data from the identity provider you choose (for example Google), limited to what that provider shares for login.
- Cashback records: store, tracked click, order identifiers the merchant or affiliate network sends us, amounts, and payout destination you submit.
- Technical logs needed to run the site: IP-derived hashes, user-agent hashes, and security events. We do not store card numbers, CVV, or bank OTPs.
Why we use it
We use this data to create your account, track eligible purchases, calculate cashback, pay you, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to profile you for unrelated advertising.
Who else sees it
Processors that host the product (cloud, database, email, and authentication) may process data on our instructions. Affiliate networks and stores receive the tracking identifiers needed to attribute an order, not your wallet balance or bank details. Payout partners receive the destination you provide when you withdraw.
How long we keep it
Account and ledger records are kept while your account is open and for as long as Indian tax and financial record rules require after a payout. If you ask us to erase your account, we remove direct identifiers (email, phone, name) and keep only what we must retain for statutory records.
Your rights
You may access or correct account details from Profile, withdraw consent by stopping use of the service, and request erasure from the same page or by emailing grievance@cashrabbit.in. We will respond within the timelines in DPDP.
Children
The service is for adults in India. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
